The place was comfortable, clean, and located in a very quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks from the beach.  Plus having Starlink internet and a backup generator was a nice surprise and made our stay completely stress-free especially since Las Terrenas loses power constantly. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A few things that they can improve on, the bathroom window has no blinds, and eventhough it was on the second floor, I can see people in their balconies and if I can see them, they can see me right? They need to put cleaning supplies if they want us to keep the place clean, like paper towels, all purpose spray for the kitchen counters.   Also I booked this place because it had a washer and dryer but I had to buy my own laundry soap.  The last place had it all, even dryer sheets, but I guess not all Airbnb\u2019s are the same.  Also they wait for you to arrive, which is great, but I prefer self check in because I was rushing to get there, not a relaxing experience.  We locked ourselves out, we were not suppose to lock the knob and out of habit, I did and they were very quick to respond.   This place is great, just need a few things to correct.  It is a \u201cNew\u201d property, 2 minute drive to the beach and restaurants.
